About the standard concept
Today, the digital beekeeping market is fragmented: every manufacturer creates its own closed devices and applications. This forces beekeepers to use dozens of different programs without the ability to aggregate data.
Smart Apiary Standard (SAS) is being developed as a brand-independent system of specifications. The standard defines a unified information model for data, logical parameters, and control commands. Any device or application supporting SAS will be able to operate in the general ecosystem without needing custom integrations.
